Welcome to Samatvalife, an e-commerce platform operated by Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness LLP.

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for access or usage of Platform through Samatvalife Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as "Mobile Application") and Website - [www.samatvalife.com] (hereinafter referred to as "Website") and our related Website, Application, Services, and content (together with the Mobile Application and Website, collectively referred to as "Services").

Agreement to Terms:

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions that form a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as "you," "user," or "client") and Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness LLP regarding your access to and use of the Samatvalife Website, Mobile Application, and any related media, channels, or platforms (collectively referred to as the "Website and Mobile Application").

Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness LLP may operate through its subsidiaries, affiliates, or other entities worldwide ("Subsidiaries and Affiliates"), either currently existing or established in the future, to provide services on its behalf. Additionally, Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness LLP may engage in partnerships or collaborations with other legal entities globally ("Partners / Collaborators"). By accessing the Website or Mobile Application, you acknowledge and agree that these Subsidiaries, Affiliates, and Partners / Collaborators may deliver services to you under the terms of this Agreement.

Your use of the Website and / or Mobile Application confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to any or all of these Terms and Conditions, you are strictly prohibited from using the Website and Mobile Application and must stop using them immediately.

Changes to Terms & Conditions:

Additional terms or documents that may be posted on the Website or Mobile Application from time to time are hereby incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason. Any changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to waive any right to receive specific notification of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay updated. Your continued use of the Website, Mobile Application, or Services after the revised Terms and Conditions become effective signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of those changes.

The content available on the Website or Mobile Application is not meant to be shared with or used by individuals or entities in any region or country where doing so would violate legal or regulatory requirements or impose registration obligations on us within that jurisdiction. If you access the Website or Mobile Application from outside permitted locations, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable local laws.

Eligibility:

To register on the mobile application / platform, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 ("Minor"), you may only use our Services with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Individuals below this age limit are not permitted to use our Services, submit Personal Data, or share any information such as name, address, phone number, or email with Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness LLP.

If a minor wishes to access our Products or Services, it must be done under the guidance and agreement of their parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf. By allowing a minor to use the Website, Mobile Application, or Services, it is assumed that the parent or legal guardian has granted permission. Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness LLP is not liable for any misuse or consequences arising from unauthorized access by minors or false information provided during registration.

By using our Services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. For minors, this includes confirmation that their parent or guardian has given consent. If it is discovered that you are under 18 and using the Services without proper consent or that the information provided is false, we reserve the right to terminate your account or restrict access to our Services. You agree that it is solely your responsibility to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria, and the Company is not obligated to verify your compliance. Minors must obtain permission from their parents or guardians before sharing any personal or family information on the Website or Mobile Application.

Our Services:

Our Website or Mobile Application allow you to purchase various services from us. An illustrative list of such services is listed below. We reserve the right to amend, discontinue, withdraw, or cease our service offerings at any time.

a) Yoga:

A session / subscription based offering which allows users to access the existing media and content relating to Yoga, and book real-time private / group classes / workshops / any other sessions relating to Yoga practice:

  • Private 1:1 Individual Sessions: Session / subscription based offering which allows users to access the existing media and content relating to Yoga, and book real-time private classes relating to Yoga either through an online / offline (Home-visit) delivery mode
  • Group Classes: Session / subscription based offering which allows users to access the existing media and content relating to Yoga, and book real-time group classes relating to Yoga through an online delivery mode
  • Workshops: Session / subscription based offering which allows users to access the existing media and content relating to Yoga, and book real-time workshops relating to Yoga through an online / offline delivery mode
  • Others: Session / subscription based offering which allows users to access the existing media and content relating to Yoga practice. These would be the type of classes which do not fit in the above 3 options but are relevant to the Yoga practice and available in the platform / mobile application / website either now or in the future as it seems fit

We provide services for both – the individuals who want to adapt and pursue a healthy lifestyle through yoga practices and also people, who are having any health related condition and would like to improve their overall well-being thus leading to a better quality of life.

Health Disclaimer:

By participating in the yoga services provided by Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness LLP, including using any associated services or equipment, and paying any applicable fees, you agree to release, waive, and forever discharge Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness LLP, along with its coaches, instructors, and employees, from any liability, responsibility, or costs arising from injuries, damages, or any other issues related to your participation. This includes any physical, metabolic, or other health conditions connected to your involvement in these activities.

You acknowledge that yoga practices, including strength and flexibility exercises and the use of equipment, may involve risks, including property loss, serious injury, or even death. By choosing to participate, you fully understand these risks and voluntarily accept them. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into any contract.

If you have any medical conditions or health concerns, you agree to disclose this information to Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness LLP and provide relevant documentation before starting any physical activities or programs offered under their services. You recognize that Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness LLP has advised you to seek approval from a physician before participating in exercise programs or using any equipment. Additionally, they recommend regular health check-ups and consultations with your physician regarding your ability to engage in physical activities.

By participating, you confirm that you have either obtained medical approval or chosen to participate without it, accepting full responsibility for your involvement in these activities and the use of any equipment.

SAMATVALIFE YOGA AND WELLNESS LLP DOES NOT OFFER MEDICAL SERVICES OR ADVICE.

The yoga services provided by our coaches, as well as any information available through the Website or Mobile Application, are not intended to serve as medical advice or professional opinions. These services should not be interpreted as such, nor do they establish a doctor-patient relationship.

The services are not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should contact your doctor immediately.

Using these services does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and any member of Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness LLP, including its coaches, or with any other users of Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness services.

Disclaimer for the Yoga Therapy Services for Mental Health or any Associated Condition:

You are fully responsible for managing your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as well as the decisions, actions, and outcomes that arise from using our Services or interacting with your Coach / Instructor. Therefore, you agree that the Coach / Instructor is not liable for any action or inaction on their part, or for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from their services.

You acknowledge that the yoga services provided are not a form of therapy, nor do they replace therapy where it may be needed. These services are not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any mental health condition or medical disorder.

It is understood that yoga coaching is not a means of diagnosing or treating mental disorders as outlined by the Indian Psychiatric Society Association. It is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, substance abuse treatment, or any other professional advice provided by qualified medical or legal experts. You are solely responsible for seeking professional guidance when necessary. If you are currently receiving care from a mental health professional, it is recommended that you inform them about your participation in coaching or yoga programs.

To make the most of the coaching process, you agree to maintain open communication, provide honest feedback, and actively engage with the program by dedicating the required time and energy.

Disclaimer for the Yoga Therapy Services Availed for any Medical Condition:

You are solely responsible for managing your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as well as the decisions, actions, and outcomes that arise from using our Services or interacting with your Coach / Instructor. Accordingly, you agree that the Coach / Instructor is not liable for any actions or inactions on their part, or for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the services provided.

You understand that the yoga services offered are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. These services are not intended to prevent, treat, cure, or manage any medical condition.

It is acknowledged that yoga coaching does not involve diagnosing or treating medical conditions and is not a replacement for care provided by licensed healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, or specialists. It is your responsibility to seek professional medical advice when necessary. If you are under the care of a healthcare provider for any medical condition, it is recommended that you inform them about your participation in yoga programs or coaching.

To optimize the benefits of the coaching or yoga services, you agree to communicate openly, provide honest feedback, and commit the necessary time and energy to fully engage in the program.

Intellectual Property Rights:

Unless stated otherwise, the Website / Mobile Application is our exclusive property, and all content, source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, images, photographs, graphics, illustrations, feedback, ideas, notes, articles, and other materials (collectively referred to as "Content"), as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos (referred to as "Marks"), are either owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. These are protected by copyright, trademark laws, and other intellectual property rights, including those under Indian law, international conventions, and foreign jurisdictions. The Content and Marks are made available on the Website / Mobile Application "AS IS" for your personal and informational use only.

Unless explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from the Website / Mobile Application or any of the Content or Marks for commercial purposes, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

If you are eligible to use the Website / Mobile Application, we grant you a limited license to access and use it, and to download or print portions of the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. We retain all rights to the Website / Mobile Application, Content, and Marks that are not specifically granted to you.

Our commercial partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, and other third parties may also hold proprietary rights in certain Content available through our services. You may not alter, distribute, display, sell, or create derivative works from any of this Content, in whole or in part. Downloading Content to your device does not transfer ownership of that Content to you. Any modification or use of the Content for other purposes, including printed materials or use in other applications or computer environments, is strictly prohibited unless you have received our prior written consent.

By using the Website / Mobile Application, you affirm and guarantee that:

  • All registration information you provide will be accurate, truthful, up-to-date, and complete
  • You will keep this information accurate and update it promptly as needed
  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions and will comply with them
  • You are not a minor under the legal age in the jurisdiction where you reside
  • You will not access the Website / Mobile Application through automated means, such as bots or scripts
  • You will not use the Website / Mobile Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Your use of the Website / Mobile Application will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If any information you provide is found to be false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny you access to the Website / Mobile Application, either temporarily or permanently.

User Registration:

You may need to create an account to use the Website / Mobile Application. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or modify any username you choose if we believe, at our sole discretion, that it is inappropriate, offensive, or objectionable in any way.

Cancellation / Rescheduling of the Classes:

Group Classes:

The fee for the class will not be carried over in case any of the session is missed as a part of the group session subscription. The group classes cannot be rescheduled either by the user or the yoga coach.

Private / Individual Sessions:

I agree to provide at least 24 hour's notice for the session appointment cancellation / carry-over. The reschedule policy is applicable as below:

  • 1 reschedule for subscriptions with 5 or fewer sessions
  • 2 reschedules for subscriptions with 6-10 sessions
  • 3 reschedules for subscriptions with more than 10 sessions

Fees and Payment:

The fee for our sessions varies with each and dependent upon the type of session (whether it's a Group Yoga Session – Holistic Yoga or Yoga Therapy, Private Yoga Session – Holistic Yoga or Yoga Therapy, Workshop or any other type of session which is not provided currently but maybe included later as a part of company strategy and direction).

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Mobile Wallets
  • UPI

You may need to purchase or pay a fee to access certain services on the Website / Mobile Application. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete payment and account details. We process payments via an online billing system for all purchases made through the Website / Mobile Application. GST will be added to the total price of your purchase as required. Prices may change at any time, and all payments will be in Indian Rupees.

You agree to pay the applicable charges or fees based on the prices in effect at the time of your purchase and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amounts due.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even if payment has already been made, and we may refuse any orders placed on the Website / Mobile Application.

All payments on the Platform / Website / Mobile Application are securely processed through trusted payment gateways, managed by leading banks or service providers. Banks also use the 3D secure password service for added security during online transactions.

Refund and Cancellation:

All payments made for Group Classes, Private Sessions, Workshops or any other type of sessions / classes are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, cannot be adjusted for other sessions, cannot be carried over, and cannot be sold or transferred to any other individual.

If you're unhappy with the services provided, you may request a change of coach or yoga instructor, which will be applicable once your current subscription ends (only for private sessions).

Refunds or chargebacks, if accepted (under highly special cases, discretion lies with the company team), will be returned within 15-20 working days using the same payment method as the original transaction. For example, if you paid with a debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same bank account.

Should you be dissatisfied with our services, please reach out to us at support@samatvalife.com. We may follow up with you to gather more details about any issues in order to address your concerns. Please note that our decisions regarding complaints or grievances are final and at our sole discretion.

Standards and Conduct Guidelines:

You are prohibited from using the Services for any purpose other than what is intended by us. The Services should not be used for commercial activities unless explicitly approved by us.

As a user, you agree not to:

  • Systematically extract data or content from the Website / Mobile Application to create collections, databases, or directories without our written consent
  • Use the Website / Mobile Application in unauthorized ways, such as collecting user data for unsolicited communications or creating accounts through automated methods
  • Use buying agents or purchasing agents to make purchases on the Website / Mobile Application
  • Use the Website / Mobile Application to advertise or sell products or services
  • Circumvent security features that limit access or usage of the Website / Mobile Application or its content
  • Engage in unauthorized framing or linking to the Website / Mobile Application
  • Deceive, defraud, or mislead us or other users, especially in attempts to obtain sensitive account information like passwords
  • Misuse our support services or falsely report abuse or misconduct
  • Use automated systems such as scripts, bots, or data mining tools to interact with the Website / Mobile Application
  • Disrupt the functioning of the Website / Mobile Application or create unnecessary strain on its networks or services
  • Impersonate other users or use another user's account without their consent
  • Sell or transfer your profile
  • Use information from the Website / Mobile Application to harm or harass others
  • Stalk or harass other users or staff members
  • Access another user's account without permission
  • Use the Website / Mobile Application to compete with us or generate revenue from it
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to decipher any software that is part of the Website / Mobile Application
  • Bypass any security measures or access restrictions set for the Website / Mobile Application
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten any of our staff members
  • Remove copyright or proprietary rights notices from any content
  • Copy or adapt the Website / Mobile Application's software or code
  • Upload or transmit harmful software, viruses, or excessive spamming content that disrupts the platform
  • Upload or transmit tracking mechanisms like spyware or data collection devices
  • Use automated systems like spiders, bots, or scrapers to access the Website / Mobile Application or its content
  • Disparage or harm the reputation of us or the Website / Mobile Application
  • Use the Website / Mobile Application in violation of any laws or regulations

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your privileges to access all or part of the Services. Violations could also result in legal action, including civil or criminal liability.

You understand that you could be held legally accountable for content you post or share that is defamatory or legally actionable, and under the Information Technology Amendment Act, 2008, Samatvalife Yoga and Wellness LLP is not responsible for such content.

Anti-Harassment Policy:

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment on our website or application. Our goal is to create a safe space where users can engage and connect with the community. This policy applies to both public and private interactions, aiming to prevent any unwanted or harmful contact on the platform. Any user found violating this harassment policy will have their account terminated and such conduct may also be reported to the concerned authorities for further action in accordance with law.

Contribution License:

"User Contribution" refers to any content, materials, or information (such as text, data, graphics, photos, images, messages, questions, comments, suggestions, review / feedback for our services and other types of content, including personally identifiable information) that you upload, send, email, display, share, or otherwise transmit to us, whether on our request or independently, through the Services (including MS forms), Third Party Websites, or Third Party Services. This applies to both public and private submissions.

By posting or sharing your Contributions through the Website / Mobile Application, or directly with the yoga coach / company, or linking your account from the Mobile Application to your social media accounts, you automatically grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, display, reproduce, sell, broadcast, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in full or in part), and distribute your Contributions for any purpose, including commercial or advertising. This license also allows us to create derivative works from, or incorporate your Contributions into other works. You also grant us the right to sublicense these rights.

This license applies to any media format or technology, current or future, and may include the use of your name, company name, logos, and any personal or commercial images you provide. You waive all moral rights related to your Contributions, ensuring that these rights have not been asserted elsewhere.

While we do not claim ownership of your Contributions, you retain full ownership and any intellectual property rights related to them. We are not responsible for any statements made in your Contributions and you agree to hold us harmless from any legal action related to them.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Edit, modify, or change any Contributions
  • Re-categorize Contributions to more appropriate sections of the Website / Mobile Application
  • Pre-screen, remove, or delete any Contributions at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor your Contributions

Guidelines for Reviews:

We may offer sections on the Website / Mobile Application where you can leave reviews or ratings. When submitting a review, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Your review should be based on your own direct experience with the person or entity you are reviewing
  • The review should not include offensive language, profanity, or abusive, racist, or hateful remarks
  • Your review must not contain discriminatory comments based on religion, race, gender, nationality, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Reviews should not refer to illegal activities
  • You should not post negative reviews if you are affiliated with a competing entity
  • Avoid making claims about the legality of actions in your review
  • Do not post false or misleading information
  • You should not encourage others to post reviews, whether positive or negative, as part of a coordinated effort

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion. We are not obligated to screen or delete reviews, even if they are considered objectionable or inaccurate. Reviews do not represent our views or those of our affiliates and partners, and we are not responsible for any consequences arising from them. By posting a review, you grant us an unlimited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully-paid, assignable, and sublicensable license to use, modify, translate, distribute, perform, and display the review content.

Mobile Application License:

Use License:

If you use our services through a mobile application, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app on wireless devices that you own or control. You are permitted to access and use the app strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this mobile application license as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to extract the source code, or decrypt the app
  • Modify, adapt, enhance, translate, or create derivative works based on the app
  • Violate any laws, rules, or regulations while accessing or using the app
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, including copyright or trademark notices, from the app
  • Use the app for any commercial purpose or revenue-generating activity for which it was not intended
  • Make the app available over a network that allows access or use by multiple devices or users simultaneously
  • Use the app to create a product, service, or software that competes with or substitutes for the app
  • Use the app to send automated queries to websites or send unsolicited commercial emails; or
  • Use any proprietary information, interfaces, or intellectual property related to the app in the creation or distribution of other apps, devices, or accessories

Apple and Android Devices:

The following terms apply when you use a mobile application downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (each referred to as an "App Distributor") to access the Website / Mobile Application:

  • The license granted for the mobile application is non-transferable and allows you to use the application only on a device running the Apple iOS or Android operating system, in accordance with the usage guidelines set by the relevant App Distributor's terms of service
  • We are responsible for providing any necessary maintenance and support for the mobile application as outlined in the mobile application license or as required by law. You acknowledge that the App Distributor is not obligated to provide any maintenance or support services for the mobile application
  • If the mobile application fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may contact the App Distributor. Depending on their terms, the App Distributor may refund the purchase price (if any) for the mobile application, and to the extent permitted by law, the App Distributor will have no other warranty obligations related to the mobile application
  • You agree that the App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries of the terms and conditions in this mobile application license and have the right to enforce these terms against you as third-party beneficiaries

By using the mobile application, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are not in a country subject to an Indian government embargo, nor in a country designated as supporting terrorism by the Indian government
  • You are not on any list of prohibited or restricted individuals / organisations as maintained by the Indian government
  • You will comply with any applicable third-party agreements when using the mobile application, such as adhering to your VoIP provider's wireless data service agreement

Submissions:

By submitting any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information related to the Website / Mobile Application ("Submissions"), you acknowledge and agree that these are non-confidential and will become our exclusive property. We will hold all rights, including intellectual property rights, to these Submissions and may use, distribute, or share them for any lawful purpose, whether commercial or otherwise, without any obligation to provide acknowledgment or compensation to you. You waive any moral rights to these Submissions and confirm that they are original or that you have the necessary rights to submit them. You agree not to hold us liable for any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of your proprietary rights in the Submissions.

Third-party Websites and Content:

The Website / Mobile Application may contain links to external websites ("Third-Party Websites") and various content such as articles, photos, text, graphics, designs, music, videos, software, and other materials that belong to third parties ("Third-Party Content"). We do not monitor, verify, or evaluate the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through our Website / Mobile Application, nor for any Third-Party Content available via our Website / Mobile Application, including its content, reliability, opinions, or privacy practices. The inclusion of links to, or access to, Third-Party Websites or Content does not imply our approval or endorsement.

If you choose to visit Third-Party Websites or use or install Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and these Terms and Conditions will no longer apply. You should review the relevant terms, policies, and privacy practices of any third-party sites or content you access or install. Purchases made through Third-Party Websites are solely between you and the third party, and we accept no responsibility for these transactions. You acknowledge that we do not endorse the products or services from Third-Party Websites and agree to hold us harmless from any issues arising from your use or purchase of these products or services, or any harm caused by your interaction with Third-Party Websites or Content.

Website / Mobile Application Management:

We have the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • Monitor the Website / Mobile Application for any violations of these Terms and Conditions
  • Take appropriate legal action against any individual who, at our discretion, violates the law or these Terms and Conditions, which may include reporting the user to law enforcement authorities
  • At our discretion, refuse access to, restrict availability, or disable any of your Contributions or parts of them, if we deem necessary
  • Remove or disable any files and content from the Website / Mobile Application that are excessively large or otherwise create a burden on our systems, without notice or liability
  • Manage the Website / Mobile Application in a way that protects our rights and property and ensures its proper functioning

Copyright, Trademark and Other Intellectual Property Infringements:

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Website / Mobile Application infringes upon your intellectual property, please notify us immediately using the contact details provided below (a "Notification"). A copy of your Notification will be forwarded to the person who posted or stored the disputed material. Please note that under Indian Copyright laws, you could be held liable for damages if you make false claims in a Notification. Therefore, if you're unsure whether the material on the Website / Mobile Application infringes on your copyright, it's advisable to consult with an attorney first.

If you repeatedly violate intellectual property rights, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Term and Termination:

These Terms and Conditions will remain effective as long as you use the Website / Mobile Application.

Without limiting any other provision of these terms and conditions, we have the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to restrict access to the website / mobile application (including blocking certain IP addresses) for any person, for any reason or no reason at all.   • IF THE YOGA COACH IS NO LONGER ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY DUE TO TERMINATION OR ANY OTHER REASON, BUT THE CLIENT CONTINUES TO PURSUE SERVICES FROM HIS / HER / THEM INDEPENDENTLY

BY ENGAGING WITH A YOGA COACH UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, THE CLIENT:

  • ACKNOWLEDGES AND ASSUMES ALL ASSOCIATED RISKS WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY ON THE PART OF SAMATVALIFE YOGA AND WELLNESS LLP
  • AGREES THAT THE COMPANY DOES NOT ENDORSE, MONITOR, OR GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR EFFECTIVENESS OF SUCH INDEPENDENT SERVICES
  • UNDERSTANDS THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISREPRESENTATION BY YOGA COACHES WHO FALSELY CLAIM CONTINUED AFFILIATION
  • AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SAMATVALIFE YOGA AND WELLNESS LLP HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM SUCH INDEPENDENT ENGAGEMENTS

Payments made for Group Classes, Private Sessions, Workshops, or other sessions/classes are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, cannot be adjusted for other sessions, cannot be carried over, and cannot be sold or transferred to any other individual.

If you're unhappy with the services provided, you may request a change of coach or yoga instructor, which will be applicable once your current subscription ends (only for private sessions).

Refunds or chargebacks, if accepted (under highly special cases, discretion lies with the company team), will be returned within 15-20 working days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
